Everything is prepared fresh in-house, sourcing locally from Big Island farmers, butchers, and fishermen as much as possible. Stopped for supper at Rebel Kitchen last night. It was a busy evening and the staff were amazing. Our food was delicious! The Cuban Rolls were the best! Their different sauces were.
Very welcoming! Small town aesthetic. Food was the best I've had in Hawaii! Food seemed to take inspiration from all over the world. Couldn't pin down the exact cuisine but it was definitely full of flavor!
